Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a discovery call or making payment to CommerceClaw, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

CommerceClaw provides AI agent setup, deployment, and configuration services for e-commerce businesses. This includes Claude Code agent deployment, integration with third-party platforms, and optional ongoing managed care services.

3. Payment & Refunds

All setup fees are one-time and non-refundable once work has commenced (defined as the completion of the discovery call and beginning of configuration). We will make reasonable efforts to deliver a functional agent within the agreed scope. Managed Care subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your store, maintaining your own VPS subscription, and managing your integration credentials. You must ensure you have the right to grant API access for any platforms connected to your agent.

5. Data & Privacy

CommerceClaw accesses your store data solely for the purpose of configuring and running your AI agent. We do not sell, share, or use your business data for any other purpose. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Limitation of Liability

CommerceClaw's liability is limited to the amount paid for the setup service. We are not liable for business losses resulting from agent errors, third-party API changes, or infrastructure downtime.

7. Intellectual Property

Agent configurations and automations built for your store are your property. CommerceClaw retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, templates, and tooling used to build them.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
