  • Contact information (name, email, phone) you provide during booking or onboarding
  • API credentials for your connected platforms (stored encrypted on your private VPS)
  • Store data accessed through connected APIs (orders, products, inventory) — accessed only to run your agent
  • Communication data from our support channel (Slack)

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Configure and operate your AI agent
  • Deliver reports and alerts to your specified channels
  • Provide support during and after setup
  • Improve our service (aggregate, anonymized insights only)

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your store data to train AI models.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your agent runs on a private VPS in your name or under a CommerceClaw managed account (your choice). All credentials are encrypted at rest. We follow industry-standard security practices including access controls, encrypted communication, and principle of least privilege.

4. Third-Party Services

Your agent connects to third-party platforms (Shopify, Klaviyo, Slack, etc.) via their official APIs. Those platforms' privacy policies govern how they handle your data. We act as a processor on your behalf.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for the duration of our engagement. Upon termination of services, we delete all credentials and agent configurations within 30 days. Store data accessed through APIs is not stored by us — it is accessed in real time by your agent.
